I am trying to get help with a NAT type issue resolved on my companies property(maintenance), they have no live support chat or phone unless you have an account with them, fine I create an account and the chat says its not worth an agent chat! Ask for a live agent call. Told they will call me in 90 mins waits 2 hours+ to finally call me. Then after describing my issue residents have, I was put on hold for a total of 3 minutes when they hang up on me! Then sent an email with no link saying this will help my issue, and saying they don't know why the call dropped must be an issue with the line, umm ok so call back on a better line what kind of bs line is that!

My computers use to come with word and power point already added. I've had the inconvenience of having to transfer all of my docs and power points to Google docs and Google Slides. You could've saved money by NOT charging us a laughable amount for these services that use to be a package deal. Now you're losing millions to Google! Hilarious.
