I have been dealing with this company for years. I was happy until today. I ordered a reach in Fridge and paid extra for delivery. They used a local company to deliver the item. The delivery company refused to take it inside. They left it outside of my restaurant. When I called their customer service department they said they delivered it. The fact they left it outside was considered delivered. All I wanted was for them to take it inside not the actual set up. Horrible customer service, bait and switch. I will NEVER do business with them again. Beware

My coworkers were the best part of my experience at this company. I also learned a lot about the call center/customer care position that will benefit me for years to come. What would have made it easier to come to work is if the communication amongst different core departments was stable. Every day I walked into work knowing I’d be communicating with numerous unhappy customers and cleaning up big messes that could have been avoided with better communication within Wasserstrom itself. There could have been measures taken to help mend and better these various departments, but there isn’t enough money to go around to make those changes, therefore, everything stayed as is and day after day I witnessed more and more negative tendencies that should have been addressed a long time ago. Angry was an understatement. Within customer service, you are given “promotions” to different groups, each having more responsibilities than the last, with no pay increase. Wasserstrom does not offer raises based on your job performance when you are in customer service. I moved my way up to a substantial group with triple the work that some of my coworkers were doing, but I made the same as those who were doing the bare minimum. It was discouraging, to say the least. Besides all of this, you are given the tools and resources to know how to do your job and your coworkers and supervisors are there to help you. I never had a supervisor discredit or point me in the wrong direction when asking for help. I always felt heard. If you’re looking for a summer job and you’re great with customers, this will be right up your alley. •Great building, relaxed atmosphere, and good coworkers. • Underpaid, lacking in communication, and no growth within. rip

If you don’t want to do anything and want to get paid To do nothing with no growth at all ina company this is the place for you. They underpay and undervalue their good employees and pay good money to anybody of color and total laziness. Do not work second shift as the “boss” is terrified he will lose his position as an 80 year old decrepit white man with an ego complex. Donald Sayre. 401k matching is 0% health benefits are through the roof with Aetna. No paid sick time. 4 hours a pay of paid time off after 4 years. There’s literally no room for growth and no credit for work done especially on second shift under Donald Sayre

The location at 4500 E Broad St is a corporate office, not a store. The store on Silver Dr near Hudson and 71 is open to the public.
