Horrible company, long waits, and rude customer service. They deny everything even with all the proper paperwork. The worst and most greedy insurance company ever. Filed a complaint with the department of insurance and will be moving to a different insurance company in open enrollment

Can't wait to switch to another company. Every time I call I run through this absolute hideous phone system, if I get a person on the phone it is a hit and miss if they even know what they are doing. I have now called 3 times for a replacement card, different answer every time I call, and some of these answers are simply lies. And so far still no replacement card.

Never went there, it was just a very informative conversation.

If you are trying to decide on a Medicaid insurer, there are actually 5 plans. Visit www.ohiomh.com to check provider panels (what doctors, etc., are in the network) to help you stick with doctors you like. The Ohio Department of Medicaid also has several tools on their website www.medicaid.ohio.gov to help choose the plan that's right for individual needs.

It is a long and pretty much impossible process. There are only two options that are at Ohio State’s dental school and I believe somewhere in Cleveland. This is just based on the process my mom attempted to go through! She has still not been able to get her tooth fixed after 3 years even though it is technically “covered.” This could differ though! Good luck to you.
Your dentist can request a replacement set for you. They can be covered before 8 years under unusual circumstances. be sure that you have you dentist explain you lost them at the bottom of a lake in the request.

CareSource may cover surgery if it is prior authorized, meaning, your doctor will need to request the surgery and provide medical documents showing that you need the surgery, for their medical management team to review.
