I just went Monday to renew my ccw permit. It actually expired almost 5 years ago. They renewed it no problem and only charged $50. You have to make an appointment online to renew it. Now that covid restrictions are easing you may not have too, but my appointment was a couple months out when I made it so there's probably a wait list. If the guns are yours you should be fine. Ohio is open carry but look up the law to make sure how you carry it. It's not the same if you have a ccw

When you cancel, you have to wait 24 hours to reschedule after cancelling. After the 24 hrs has passed, you can register by selecting the available slot that works for you.

Parking is a coin toss, there are several parking garages close (within a few blocks), so plan time accordingly and be prepared to hike a bit. If you are lucky, there are a few areas of street parking that may have a space available.
