Look up schedule service on the Germain Easton Benz site, (start chat button) try that first. I know it takes time if you call them.

If the car was a CPO (Certified Pre-owned) 2015 C-class then the blades should have been replaced before the car was offered for sale. If the wipers don't work (electrical problem) then they sold you an unsafe car and should fit it without charge.
You will pay more at the dealership, however the the process easy and your battery will be the correct one.
Yes this is normal the system need a to warm up and prevent from freezing with level up the car will lower itself
