Most unreliable power in this country, power goes out once or twice a month with 0 notice, yet we pay these crooks money for there terrible infrastructure and service

My power is out yet again thanks to aep’s fantastic reliability. (Sarcasm obviously). I’ve never had a provider with more outages than aep which has caused food to be thrown out on multiple occasions and aep will not take liability and reimburse like they should. They consistently raise rates but can’t seem to fix their horrible infrastructure. Definitely reconsidering moving to somewhere that does NOT use aep to have a provider that actually works and not just pocket your extra money your paying up to have regular hours long at minimum, power outages..
