I trusted Apple Air to replace my entire heating system from oil to a heat pump. They failed to change the old ductwork. They didn’t add additional vents when it was in the contract and I was billed for it. They had to come back. The installers were unprofessional and rude. Later on I was told I would get free tune up and that never happened. The water pump broke after a year, just after the warranty ran out. They installed an electrical outlet that is not water proof on the water heater. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else!

Highway robbery. Was charged almost $400.00 to change a capacitor that cost less than $20.00. When I told the technician that I knew how much a capacitor cost, his answer “you’re an educated homeowner” l They charged $165.00 plus tax for a visit so once they come to your house you’ve got no choice but to pay these ridiculous prices. They also want to sell you a “service plan” that is full of useless things and the service plan ONLY includes a 20% discount on future repairs. To me, that’s NOT a service plan.

From install to service calls they have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and left my house clean and ac working. Sometimes parts break but they diagnose service quickly.

The outside condenser coils from the outside of the unit can be cleaned with a garden hose start from the top down so all the waist drops to the lowest and then from each side from left to right spray with water you will see all the debris drop down
