Yes. I have seen 7 years old drove, yet I have seen they turned down a 8 years old. They are looking for maturity more than age. Also, there are 3 locations within tri-state. Connecticut go straight by the rules, while the other two don't care as much.

It's definitely open! Not sure about the phones but they had updated hours on their website. I went on October 4th 2020 around 1pm and waited about 3 races before my son raced the junior karts.

Lots of fun with two, maybe better that way. One is more therapeutic, you can race fast and still can have fun racing against others plus playing games.

They go to a max of 45 MPH for a licensed adult. If your not careful of other new drivers you have a very high chance of spinning/drifting until you become comfortable with the cart.
