Yes, the wait times are long to race. You end up averaging about a 2 hour wait depending on if you're a licensed driver or not. It's best to try and occupy your time with the other attractions as you wait your turn.
The wait time is not long but all of the arcade games are off so the only other thing you can do is bowling.
