What a joke. My dad is out of hospital 10 days. 3 different attempts to have a nurse come nurse come for first evaluation. First attempt completly forgot us second attempt nurse banged in sick and nobody to cover for her ,? What do the really sick people do when nobody shows up. 3rd attempt waiting for a call now but im not hopeful. Very surprising for catholic health care .

I am 63 years old, and Dr. Petraco (OALI) performed total left hip replacement surgery on me 4 days ago. Since the surgery, I have received exceptional home health care in my home during recovery . The nursing staff that I have dealt with (Mary and JoAnn) were exceptionally competent, patient, and thorough. My PT specialist, Chris, has been extraordinary, providing me with excellent strength-promoting exercises, great information, and outstanding knowledge, that has put me on a pace for rapid recovery. Highly recommend this organization for your home health needs.

I have been taken care of by my wound care nurse, Yvonne Hughes for the past several months. Each and every time she arrives with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. What could be better during this pandemic? Nothing, except she delivers even more. She always comes on time and always makes sure the night before that I know her arrival time. She does an outstanding job of keeping my wound healing in the right direction. I feel so blessed that she has been taking care of me at this hard time in my life. She inspires not only me but gives words of encouragement to my wife. Catholic Home Care is very fortunate to have her as an employee. I'm hoping that Catholic Home Care will recognize her excellence and dedication. Thank you! God Bless!!!

The nurse and physical therapist are ok. The home aide service could not be worse. They make appts and don’t show up. You speak to the director, they apologize get 1 visit right and they go right back to not showing up or canceling at the last minute.. Or they will tell you you can have two visits a week. Most people would pick a Tuesday Thursday or a Monday Wednesday Friday. After they come on Monday you get a call night they want to come back on Tuesday. Which means you will go eight days without seeing an aide again. Knowing how excellent St. Francis Hospital and the doctors and nurses are that work there I cannot believe they got in bed with this service.
