Bought several rugs here. Good selection and pricing and the front end customer service is good. I'm giving a 1 star because of the back end customer service. I was asked to go around the back of the store to provide the pickup slip so that someone can get me the rugs I purchased. I handed the slip to the only worker in the area and he told me to "go find it myself" and to grab a person from the front of the store to help me. I ended up going back to the front to get my cashier to find my carpets. She was clearly disappointed as it seemed that this wasn't her responsibility, but it certainly wasn't mine either. Whoever works the backend for this store should be fired when I was there on 6/25/22 should be fired.

We were a little intimidated walking in because we weren’t looking to spend thousands but Nancy introduced herself, asked what we were looking for and guided us to make our selection as easy as possible at a very fair price. We got a text as soon as we got home from the installer and said he’d be here tomorrow to measure :) very pleasant experience. Thank you Nancy
