i can tell you at this agency they treat as family. i have never felt more comfortable with any public agency in all my life. The owner has been in a similar situation and just knows how important for a family to know that his staff is there for you through thick and thin. There has never been a time that they did not listen to you if something should be going on with your family member Maria who is the person who sets up the aids to come take care of family member. All I can say is that she has worked magic for us and i can truly say that the aids that she set up were all great. She makes sure she gets to know every family member that takes care of, in my case mom. I really feel that she is a true friend. Any request that you may have she waves her wand and gets what you want. She is a true magician. I just also want to thank every employee from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU.

Right at Home caregivers are highly trained and can handle tough situations and challenging clients. Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
No, you should never tip your caregiver or be made to feel like you need to tip your caregiver. You pay Right at Home for all services provided and Right at Home pays your caregiver directly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
