Drivers need to be at least 48 inches tall, 6 years old and able to safely operate karts. Racers umder 18 must have parent or guardian aign a minor release form
A child old enough to ride a bike and therefore understand and control the cars can race there. They have junior carts with governor's to regulate speed as well as remote kill switches. Height requirement is at least 4 feet.
They checked everyone for a driver's license.
Kids have to benover the age of 10 kods karts go 30 mph and the adult carts go 45 mph and up
There are 2 different levels; drivers who hold a valid state driver license...and those who don't. Those who do not possess a valid license are placed in lower speed restricted races...but I believe the cutoff limit for non licensed drivers varies.
