Basically Lisa lied to me multiple times… What started out a good experience quickly wasn’t. Like most companies it’s starts out with smiles and pleasant. Nick, in sales, was pleasant and the sale went smoothly, 20 k more than I came in for but that’s business, but then the drama happened during the install. The installer, which is a “preferred" subcontractor that works with backyard masters changed his quote once he arrived to the house. Lisa in customer service tried to fix the problem. She told me the installer was correct that I needed a “stronger pump” than was initially sold to me because of the distance I wanted the pool from my house required a stronger pump. Ok I can understand that. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would give me the new pump if I paid half. At first I was like "wow great service, no problem." We spoke about this “stronger pump” 3 separate times, first she told me it was sent to the installer, then “oh no it wasn’t he has to come pick it up today," then it was "oh yeah he will get it the day before," then she didn’t know the type of pump I was supposed to be getting. It all sounded very strange, I had the suspicion that there never was a pump issue, she and the installer just wanted more money, so I took the original pump that came with the system and put it in my house to see if they actually would bring this “stronger pump.” Surprise, surprise, the day of the install I immediately asked the installer if he brought the new stronger pump and he was like a deer in headlights, he said he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he needed me to give him the original pump to complete the install.. I have that convo all on video. I knew it! Basically Lisa lied to me multiple times to “fix” the problem and hoped I wouldn’t notice… then she tried to gaslight me by saying I misunderstood her and that I SAID THE PUMP WAS TOO WEAK (how the hell would I know it was too weak, I don’t install pools) and the pump was never the issue even though we spoke about it 3 separate times. So basically Lisa tricked me into paying 300 dollars more under false pretenses. Shady shady shady

Always busy and you will probably wait for help. Great variety of pool and BBQ equipment, mostly pools stuff though. Higher end chemical and worth the price.

They're covid compliant. But, you should avoid going here for anything anyway.
I've bought a few things there over the years. Everything has been great. I don't find them to be cheaper or expensive. Just right, and very knowledgeable. Hope this helps.
