PLEASE STAY AWAY. They overprice everything and are not to be trusted. I paid over 20k cash with an alleged grant from CDG (Cosmetic Dentistry Grants) where I would receive a complete smile makeover. I told these people my story, I am a young widow with four children. I lost my husband due to covid and one of my children has terminal cancer, I never thought a business that I put my trust and faith in could deceive me. I was never given a receipt with itemized costs as to what procedures would be included to this day. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with my results. I initially came to The Dental Smile Center before they were known as New U Dental or now OraBell Dental Implant Center. I told Dr. Snapir what I wanted which was Veneers and a complete smile makeover. Instead, Dr. Snapir put braces that were supposed to be covered by the alleged grant. I had the braces on for over a year and to my dismay, I hate my results. They look horrible. From the implants to the crookedness of my teeth, and best of all, there's still work that has not been completed. And to top it off they tried to charge me extra for teeth whitening after I paid so much and was initially told that whitening would be included. I have discolored, crooked, and overall shoddy teeth. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Don't trust the smiling faces, it's all happy, and good when they have your money but to get your money's worth is another story. There's no transparency. I was robbed and I don't have enough money to fix this mess. I have no reason to smile.

Went to Dr. Snapir in his new guise as part of U Smile. - "care coordinator" Cassandra approached me without a mask, despite staff being "strictly required" to have a mask on at all times - Cassandra then had to ask an assistant for a mask - Cassandra then told me "they don't have the manpower" to send the bill to insurance.; instead I would need to pay up front and the insurance company would reimburse me I walked out. Dr. Snapir, you have a problem to address. - We came to you before the pandemic, and had no issues. - At the start of the pandemic, my wife went to you for emergency care. Your people weren't wearing masks then, and I called you all out on it. - You sold to/joined a franchise that doesn't provide economies of scale for their franchisees? How do they not have a single person dedicated to processing insurance plans, which small dentists do with one or two office staff? - why do your people insist on not wearing masks around patients actually forced to leave their mouths open? Good luck.
