It depends on how many years the licence is going to be good for. I just got a Class C driver's license. I applied for the REAL I.D. that gives you access to military installations, federal buildings, airlines, etc. My license cost approximately $28.00 and it's good for five years.

I dealt with the same problem. The only way to do it, unfortunately, is online or in person. They "say" that they have had issues with their phone system since the new intersection was put in but, this is the 21st century. And it shouldn't and doesn't take that long to correct the problem. I wish I could help you more but, online or in person is the only option. Im sorry.

All the desk people answer the phone's, if they're available they'll answer. If not they dont have a Voicemail system, they're open 8-5 M-F. Best to go early, be there by 7:15 am, they're always super busy
