Are y'all doing written drivers exam and a road test for an 18 year old trying to get licence for the first time and can she get her licence if you are not having road test at this time?

She has never had a permit. Wasn't sure what she needed to do. Just bought a car and wanted to get her licence for work.

They're doing exams on a computer, no road tests. If your 18 year old has a NC learner's permit they'll upgrade to a driver's license. My 18 year old had her SC permit 3 years, and they made her get another permit when she went to get her NCDL. We should've gotten it before moving here...
