The front desk lady’s are very rude and are very snappy and hateful. It’s a shame they are the first people you see to represent the business. Shame on the hospital for allowing this. You walking in and they make it seem like you are bothering them. They are always on there phones and not being intuitive to the patients that are arriving. I honest hate to bring my mother here for her appointments it is definitely one of the worst I have ever seen. What makes it more crazy I use to be a cone health employee and was taught how to treat people / patients coming in and this here should not be acceptable.it’s very uncomfortable definitely will be writing a letter about this unacceptable behavior these ladies have and how they are treating and running this place. There should be away to give a negative star

NC Backwoods

Came in around 10am with DKA, I'm a diabetic. body aching, cotton mouth and very sore an uncomfortable. Still haven't got called back even though people that came in after me has already got a room. Hardly any people in here. Well if I die you can blame annie penn

I really appreciate the doctor and the nurses who came in and helped me out with my back they was really nice kind and gentle with me and I'm very appreciative of the custodian who came in and cleaned my room she was really respectful and very nice💟

I will never come here again the people at the front desk were rude at me. They both yelled at me like I was a dog. all I did was walk in to be seen i came close walking out. But I stay and just felt uncomfortable the whole time. When I got check in and finally got to a room. Some nurses and doctors wasn't that bad. It was mostly the people at the front.
