I’ll start off with this……I wasn’t expecting the level service we received from the Namco crew. Started off buying simple plumbing parts that then manifested to buying our Dolphin pool cleaner. Fast forward a month later my wife and decided to purchase a hot tub. James, Jessica and the the rest of the crew took their time answering questions that made us feel comfortable making that large purchase. To go even further, we took delivery of the hot tub and the installer did not install the cover remover correctly and caused it to tear our cover. I went to Namco, spoke with James and without fail, he maid it right. Thank you guys and Jessica…..the bird flies again!!!

Just ordered a 15x30 oval pool and couldnt be happier. Jess and James were so knowledgeable and friendly. They took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pool.

Yes they do, when I called about a month ago you could order one and then it takes about 6 weeks for delivery.
