Scammers! They have their phone number on companies they don’t own. Why is this?? Would not recommend!

BailCo was beyond helpful with my family’s case. We had no idea what to expect, and John was better than we could have hoped or asked for. He was quick to respond, explained the available options, and made sure my family understood exactly what was going on. He was totally transparent and was really honestly looking out for our best interest. He put all of us at ease in a difficult situation and we cannot thank him enough. If you are reading these reviews looking for a bondsman, look no further- BailCo are the people you’re looking for. Thank you John!!

Depending on a number of circumstances surrounding the defendant’s case, it is possible to get out of custody without bail. However, it is not possible to post bail or a bond for free, and it is in fact illegal to do so.
We highly recommend at least seeking legal advice from an attorney via a free consultation when you’re charged with a criminal offense.
After the paperwork has been completed, it’s a matter of how long it takes for their release documents to be processed. This generally takes several hours, and even longer at some correctional facilities.
This is decided by a judge during a bail hearing, and is not something bail bondsmen have control over in any way.
Any person can post their own bail if they have enough cash on hand. If the defendant can’t afford to bail themselves out of jail, any other person age 18 or older can post bail for them.
