Extremely rude workers that don't care about people's needs or situations!! I send proof together and you only get part of it?? Then you tell me I have to resubmit and everything just gets put on hold until you take your sweet time to verify everything!! I am unemployed, disabled and a single mother and you people make me jump through hoops to get 100 worth of food stamps to help feed my kids each month!! My unemployment goes down and so does my food stamps?? The system is crooked and backwards!!! I see people driving in with brand new Lexus and BMW meanwhile I walk to the bus and ride it there and they walk out with everything they need but I go 2 months without foodstamps and it's no big deal!!! So sick of the corrupt ways of doing things in this state!!!

FYI: D.S.S does not accept faxed-in documents. You can either mail them in, go physically to your nearest location and place them in a drop box (which can take 5-10 business days to process) or upload them from your computer.
