Luke Air Force Base Airpark

Access to this Airpark is limited to Active or Retired, so you do need to have access into the base to be able to visit, but if you do this is a nice spot to see some history of jet aviation and of Luke AFB itself. Both my young and older sons really enjoyed being able to walk up to the jets and touch them and explore these exterior features. They were blown away by the size of some, since they are so accustomed to seeing the F-35’s flying the skies from from ground they had no gauge of just how big these machines are.

Nice beautiful clean area great place to take the kids. I only wish there were pamphlets. We had a nice enjoyable day.
