You did a good job in repairing but can’t give more than 3 as I don’t see perfection in your work. The reason why I say perfection is, the finishing. The screen repair has some dents around the screens that needed to fix properly. I had to glue it after bringing home. Regarding laptop, the track pad issue I experienced after fixing the battery. Now If I have to fix the trackpad issue I have to pay more money. Thank you for understanding. Please let me know if you have any issue with this feedback.

We brought our daughter's tablet in for a charging port replacement and the turn around time was great. We brought it in on a Saturday and it was done by that Monday. We were warned it could take longer but I think it's fair, due to the tedious effort it takes to repair a gadget. My daughter was thrilled to have it back so soon. The price was honest. Definitely recommend this place. I also noticed lots of other tech items, such as iPhone cases, chargers and so forth.

This store is great and is run by the owner who is absolutely outstanding. He took my last minute appointment and fit me into his schedule. He beat the cost of the competition by 30% also. This was my first visit, and I needed my screen fixed fast on my iPhone and he was able to deliver it back to me in 15 minutes. Thoroughly satisfied. 10 out of 10 for customer service and also the repair itself.

Wonderful spot for phone repair and accessories. The owners were so friendly and knew exactly what the issue was. Great pricing on accessories, at least a third off to half the price I’ve seen at other shops. Service was fast, probably 20 minutes, but was enjoying a conversation with them to notice. I could tell the owner was very knowledgeable and took pride in his business. Thank you for the help in a bind, excellent service and great deal. If you need your phone fixed give them a shot.
