I've been there many times. My biggest issue with the salon is that they argue with me EVERY single time I go. My daughter doesn't like dip; she just wants them painted and they argue about it...I don't know why. I guess to increase the sales. When I show them what I want they argue about doing stuff like ombre, yet they advertise it. One time I even took an old nail that I kept (that was done there) because it was exactly what I wanted and they still did it wrong. It's very frustrating. If you don't want to do the work then just say that when I come in. I can and have found some other place. If I'm paying $50-$100 to have something done, then it needs to be what I'm asking for. The work is usually decent it's just never exactly what I ask for. And I usually go plenty early because I know I'm going to have to repeat myself 15 times before somebody listens. It's just not worth the hassle. Angela Smith
