Best price for a gym where you are just looking to work out. Solid staff. Good equipment and Equipment gets replaced quickly when broken. Solid non-judgmental community. Been working out here every week for 4ish days a week for 2-3 years, and unless I move out out of a drive-able 15-20 minutes to it, I’ll be working out here for many years to come.

Going forward we will make a concerted effort to watch for the members of the gym that may park in the reserved handicap parking spaces. Please notify the front desk staff as you notice vehicles parked in the designated handicap parking spaces without handicap tags and we will make every effort to ensure our members do not park in these designated spaces. However, since the parking is shared by the entire shopping center it is possible that other guests visiting the shopping center may park in the designated parking spaces. Thanks again!

We have male cleaning staff for male locker/shower room and female cleaning staff for female locker/shower room.
Just FYI they do not use OLY bars they use oversized bars so deadlifting will take some adjustments

I have for an hr but it's expensive Fr. I would say it's a rip off. Love the gym especially the sauna. I would recommend the gym but would spend 100's of dollars for a PT.

It's $10.00 per month/$60.00 down was the special last month. The gym stays open 24/7. They do not have a swimming pool or Jacuzzi, but they have a sauna room. I love the sauna more than swimming. I like it because of the monthly price and it stays open 24/7. Oh they also offer exercise classes from Zuma to yoga all Free. This is the place to be if you are looking for low monthly price, opens 24/7 and for convenience. I absolutely love it! Hope this helps....... "SunShine"👄
