My last gym allowed female staff and female cleaners to walk in and out of the mens locker rooms and shower areas while in use. Does this gym provide the same dignity, rights and respect for men as women get from the opposite sex?

We have male cleaning staff for male locker/shower room and female cleaning staff for female locker/shower room.
