When you go to install the internet and need a technician, be aware that you will have to pay $100 even if their device is defective. They say no but I wish I had seen a comment like that to warn me. A great lack of respect and commitment to fulfilling what they promise.

I've been a customer with Cox since they brought broadband to the valley in the early 2000s and since then I never looked back. My service was always without exception the fastest and I never had any disconnect issues. In the last couple of years I've had to pay for data cap removal and upgrade the service to gigabit but the costs aren't so much about being prohibitive but that competition offering alternatives were not. I was on the cusp of cancellation and returned the home life unit for commencement and that's when I spoke with Jaziel. Not only did he talk me out of following through, he helped me update my router and the best part was that he helped me cut my bill. I truly appreciate that you found a person with the empathic intelligence to assist me, but feel that you're leaving resources untapped in your company who would help others like myself from disconnecting their service. Thank you

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Cox and there service reps don’t listen and don’t know how to help customers. I made the worse mistake ever getting there cable service. Don’t ever get cox they will steal your money. They took our $100 deposit for cable box’s we returned they decided to do as they please and refused to help us. Service calls got disconnected and they disconnected our internet 3 times in one week of having to deal with there no experience customer service employees. Don’t Get Cox I recommend HuLu best option I ever made and cheaper with better channels

Yes they take walk ins.. you have to wait outside the door if everyone is busy with someone.
Definitively yes. Make sure you get a receipt for your return items. This location is a franchise place according to the employees working at that location.

Yes. The same is if your cell phone breaks, you still pay for that service. You might be able to suspend the service though.
