Horrible place to stay. Landlord constantly be harassing people for little weeds in their yard and don’t even follow the rules they implemented to enforce on the residents like parking on the street that her and husband always do overnight.

What an amazing neighborhood. I have called Litchfield Village mobile home park home for several years but most recently the great upgrades That have been made throughout the community have me planning on staying here for many more years to come . The new fitness center is superb along with the great community clubhouse, thank you to the new owners.

Just bought an nice home in here, this neighborhood has to be one of the best kept secrets in town. Im glad I came by to check the park out for my self and seen all these amazing improvments the new owners are making to the community. Keep up the great work guys.

I have lived here for 15+ years because this community is so well located to shopping, restraunts and major roads. Makes it easy for my work and can say I have never had any complaints. Also, I would reccomend anyone looking for a great deal on owning your very own home look here first.

I live here and am a be owner of a mobile home. This is not a age restricted park.. The park has some rental properties but otherwise rentals are not allowed.. This is not an RV park so there are not RV hook UPS. There are mobile homes that obviously have utilities

Moving back to AZ from OK, is there any 2bd available to rent or rent to own for myself and my dog?

I believe there are some very nice “Rent to Own” models available! I suggest you go by and see some of the wonderful homes on sight.
