Most of the reviews are true. Had to wait on fence line for about an hour then in the door for about another 3 hours... Guess they just move a little slow... Thats over half the country tho so pic ya battle...

Everything is slow, I arrived at the appointed time, almost 2 hours have passed and they still haven’t started loading me

Hmmm...so far I've been here 2 1/2 hrs and just got to the dock for loading. Gate staff and shipping clerk were both exceedingly polite. No bathroom, due to a water pipe break. They claim there's a Porta-john on the way but that doesn't help today. Not THE WORST place to come....I can easily think of half a dozen worse....but they seem to be kinda slow.
