Wish they could either pick up heavy items or not charge when we bring to them. Marshall Co does not charge for this. Otherwise great service

Good luck getting them to pick the trash up. My pick up was on Monday, I left my trash can out from Sunday night to Tuesday or Wednesday. Hoping they were just late. Nope, nobody would come. Then occasionally they would pick it up 2 weeks later or in this case never, so I recently cancelled my service. No one ask why or really even cares they almost seem happy they have one less person they have to deal with. I have dealt with this for the 3-4 months I’ve had the service and have been very reasonable and patient to see if it would get better. I’m not one to write reviews typically but I can find much better ways to waste my money rather than giving it to this company.

Our garbage is supposed to be picked up on Fridays. The last 3 weekends it has been picked up on Saturday r Sunday nights. Dogs got in our garbage last night and took it all over r neighbors yard. Some was in a garbage can but had 2 bags sitting out. Don't pick up here anymore I have a new person getting it today. So tired of garbage sitting here all weekend.
Of course we care about the service our company provides! We are constantly improving our strategies to benefit our customers and serve them better. Credit is given for missed pick-ups as long as you call and report them the week you are missed (not three weeks later). However, we do not credit for act of God events such as weather conditions that are unsafe for travel or flooding. In those particular instances we pick up all of the extra waste when we can safely get to your residence.

Yes, we do accept shingles in our landfill. You will need to bring them across our scales, unload them yourself in the designated location, and go back across the scales to get a total weight. It's not hard to get a hold of them, but Rhino dumpsters is much faster and cheaper.
