Given you have Silver Glen Springs just down the way on Lake George, there's certainly no comparison. However, you have to go at least once, because it's appeal is a nice hike to the spring, along with the fact they've got bathrooms and picnic tables. Plus if you go during the week it's likely you'll be the only one/couple there, so I'm just saying.

What a great gem. The trail is clear. The spring is awesome. Our kids had a blast swimming... I should have worn my trunks! We went the day after a downpour... so heads up... the trail was full of water. Everyone in the family had flip flops, except yours truly... but, no worries, a quick trip to the dollar general, and $4 later, I was able to traipse through the water-logged trail with my croc knock offs. Also, you can boat/kayak to this spring if you want. I think that's our next attempt :)
