Of course we care about the service our company provides! We are constantly improving our strategies to benefit our customers and serve them better. Credit is given for missed pick-ups as long as you call and report them the week you are missed (not three weeks later). However, we do not credit for act of God events such as weather conditions that are unsafe for travel or flooding. In those particular instances we pick up all of the extra waste when we can safely get to your residence.
Today this gentleman was promised that they would definitely get his garbage for the 8th time in 2 weeks. They would not be going home until it was picked up. Well the website indicates they are closed it is after 5:30pm and no one came once again. They have absolutely no credibility with quite a few in our neighborhood given the treatment this 32 yr air force veteran on oxygen 24/ 7 is being given.
