Customer service in the geek squad was excellent. A young black guy, short with a blue mask that sort of look like a ski mask but not quite a ski mask, I can't remember his name but.... he was very pleasant he gave me exactly what I needed for my laptop. He also plugged it in and tested it. He was very patient very and much appreciated. After I left from geek squad I over to computer area got help ordering my part. The young lady who helped was very nice got it orded next day. I can't think of who she was but she helped me somewhere in between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. a young white day with shoulder length hair. Tell them both thank you for getting my laptop back going THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was buying a new computer and had already run into problems, so I made an appointment and visited the Geek Squad. The appointments are scheduled a week or more in advance. I was never told I had the option of showing up at four and it’s first come force serve until my appointment because I had to bring it from another store to set it up. Meanwhile, I’m without a computer for ten days. Ive NEVER been disappointed with any service and geek squad. All stars and praise for the other times as a customer; total thumbs down, (except for one female (manager?) who was at least acting manager on the closing shift; straightened everything out. She was kind and professional

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing. They send the TV'S out to be repaired, they do not repair them at Best Buy. Next time use Starlight TV Repair, they are fast they do give you an estimate first , and they are reasonably priced. Not to mention when they repair your TV they give you a warranty on it as well, can't beat that! Good luck getting your TV any time soon. Sorry about that!

Currently for in-store purchasing you have to make and appointment online its take you through thee instructions as well as curb side service, and as of a official open for public walk in purchasing I have not heard of an date for that as of yet.

1st step is to contact the company that issued the card. Also contact the store asking for a duplicate receipt, in fact you might want to do that 1st sometimes that can clear up the issue. Good luck
