Today is Mother’s Day so since I have 9 people to feed I suggested my treat would be to take all of us to dinner. I called for reservations but was told they did not accept reservations because so many people were no shows. So I told my family to meet me at Majestics between 11:15 and 11:30 to be sure we were able to get a table. When I arrived I was asked if everyone was there. I said no but were on the way. I was told to have a seat and when everyone was there they would seat us. So my little grandson and I had a seat. We waited and there were many people coming in. It was obvious that seats were filling fast. A group of 4 came in and told the cashier that 4 more were coming, he told them to go on back. We are still the only ones seated on the bench. Two more people came and and told the cashier there were more coming. He sent them on to be seated. Part of my family came in and sat down, that made 4 of us. After waiting a few more minutes I made the comment that we were probably not going to gat a table. By then the entire restaurant was filled and the lady there finally took the 4 of us to the very back corner. There was not room for anyone to be seated next to the other table without inconveniencing the next table, but we managed it. Now I had already been there 40 minutes waiting for a table while there were no others having to wait The rest of my family came within moments of being seated. Now I realize that my family is obviously not part of Trenton elite but I believe there were others in the same class I’m in. I spent $135.00 there today and was treated shamefully. By the time we got to the buffet it was pretty well picked over. The one piece of catfish left in the pan was hard and I was not able to eat it. I will never recommend this place, nor will any of my family return there. Had others been told to have a seat on the bench I probably would not have been as upset. All I can say shameful one your part. For 40 minutes we sat there and no one else was directed to the bench. Disgusted and very disappointed.

Everything you would want and more to take the family out to dinner. Good prices for the amount of food you get, and even includes a salad and dessert bar!

Good food and good service. Clean and well cared for. I would definitely eat there again.
