Recently gotten my ear pierced by Kristina whom was a wonderful person. She explained to both my daughter and myself on which size earrings to get our pierced with. She even took the time to process the exact piercing of the ears. Damn good employee, damn good person. The 4 stars are going only for Kristina. The other three employees the short black American, the white Caucasian with the black hair and the other white Caucasian are rude as hell. They do not speak to customers nor present themselves professionally. They literally stand there in that tight area joust looking at you the customer to speak. Highly rude. I hope the owner, ceo, someone sees my review and speak yo them. Kristina you are a rock star!!!!

the staff is friendly as hell, and they know what they're doing. i wish i got the piercer's name, she did an excellent job. i'm coming back whenever i visit the mall.

Leslie did my five month old's ear piercing and she was very experienced, friendly, informative, and wore both face shield and face mask while piercing my infant's ears which is what made us come her! Leslie was Awesome!!

I had my double piercing here, and it was amazing! The jewelry was nice, and the 2 ladies who were working there were very nice!
