Disappointed. Many employees not wearing masks or not wearing correctly. Google says the Gratiot Roseville Store in the 30000 block is open til 1230. Went to the drive thru stayed at the working and lit up window nobody came to the mocrophone drove up to window..closed. I guess someone was too lazy to put a closed sign on the menu. Starbucks does this. I'll be going there from now on. 07-31-22 UPDATE. Still terrible service. There were at least 5 people working inside...some were standing around talking. There was a customer standing off to the side..we thought he was waiting for his order. After at least 5 minutes one of the associates asked him. Have you been helped. Then we placed our order and in it was a Food order. We stood off to the side waiting and a girl came behind us placed her order and she Also waited. She got her food order before my daughter...but as she left she said...to the associate...I'll see you later. And my daughter asked about hers...they hadn't even started hers. Absolutely terrible. I'm a proponent for fair wages.. but this team...aside from maybe 1 needs no more than minimum wage.

Their Ice Cap is delightful & good on a hot day. Love the chocolate drizzle & Whip Cream. Makes it perfect !
