Very slow service when your are in the store. And then they spelled the name wrong on my engraving and no apology or anything, just said “I’ll have to redo it” so i say “ok” then they just let me stand there until they say “it’s gonna be 45 minutes” no sense of customer service.

Don't even waste your time. Worker at the shop can't figure out how to clamp anything in a vice that isn't a perfect rectangle. If you're too incompetent to run the machines you have, maybe don't even open the store.

I purchased the Ceramic Giraffe Bank as a Baptism gift and the engraving/personalization was done satisfactorily. However when I picked it up in the store, the clerk just handed me the bag and didn’t even offer to take it out for me to preview. When I got home I opened the box to inspect the item only to find that the engraved plate wasn’t even affixed/attached to the giraffe. The name plate was enclosed in a small plastic pouch taped to the packaging. Basically after engraving the disk, it was just too much effort for the staff to affix it as IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. This was a gift so I’m just glad that I opened the box prior to giving it to the recipient because it would have been extremely embarrassing to have given the gift as I received it from the store. I ended up attaching the name plate myself but just disappointed that I even had too as it should have been done in store.

The music being played wasn't what I expected for this place. Don't get me wrong, its the kind of music I enjoy, just not what should be played at a store selling things that are engraved. The sales person was super nice and told us to let her know if we needed help while we browsed. The store and options have gone downhill since I was there last. I give the salesperson 5 stars and the store itself 0 stars.

That depends on the item and engraving. If you call them they can give you a more accurate answer with those details =) Most items can be done in store and take an hour or so, depending on how busy they are.
