1st step is to contact the company that issued the card. Also contact the store asking for a duplicate receipt, in fact you might want to do that 1st sometimes that can clear up the issue. Good luck
Have you tried yelling at your kids or perhaps husband. Its very likely they didnt actually do it. However in the unfortunate even that they did steal money then you will have to make a claim thru your bank and they will return the money as most are FDIC insured after a proper and lengthy investigation.. it may take up to a year
