Unfortunately, I will not stay at this location again. It gives the Marriott brand a very bad image. The first turn off for me was walking into the room and unsure of if the bed had actually been made or was I sleeping on someone elses' sheets. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they promptly moved me into another room only to find out that the beds in the new room were barely made which again gives the appearance that perhaps they weren't made at all. No attention is given to the cleanliness. Everywhere I looked the carpet was dirty or there was trash on the floors....cups left in window sills, straw wrappers and debris in general seemed to be everywhere. Heard a bubbling sound coming from the bathroom and found black, sutty water bubbling up through the tub's drain. It was ALL just a big turn off. If I only I had read the reviews, I would have never chosen this location. I was scheduled for a 3 day-stay, but checked out after the first day. It just does not live up to the Marriott brand.

I Will not ever stay at this courtyard again. First when we booked our room they did not tell us how short staffed they were. Do too the staffing problem the bistro was closed. This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The halls were musty smelling and the carpets were filthy. The room was just as bad. They also didn't credit us the points they see they would.I could go on but i think you get my point.

I had just a terrible experience with this hotel. I checked into the hotel to have water leaking from the ceiling on top of the television. Also had a tub that when turned off kept dripping. I called to ask for a new room and they said they were booked and would get back to me. An hour later at 1 AM in the morning they moved me to a new regular room. They gave me nothing for the inconvenience. I asked my room to be cleaned and nothing happened. I asked for toilet paper and tissue paper and they said they would not deliver it and had to come to the front desk. Worst experience as a platinum member. No one seems to care about the customer or the property. I will not be coming back.

We booked here with a hockey team and it was our first time staying here. Unfortunately, we will never stay here again, even if our team is staying. We would never recommend this place either. We booked a suite, checked in, thought everything was okay, my husband drug all of our stuff to our room only to find it wasn't a suite. He was never informed at check in that they were moving us to a regular room at the same price as the suite. He took our stuff back down to the front desk. We were informed that the king suite wasn't available due to the owners staying this weekend so we were bumped out of it. They tried to move us to a double queen regular room and my husband let her know we are a family of 5. She let him know she could refund so we could stay elsewhere. He let her know we were a team/group. She told him the suites were booked but she could bump someone from a double suite, which is where she put us. My husband is a coach and ended up being 30 minutes late to the game. After many games we got back late and needed milk for our toddler son, who's 2. He went to the front desk to buy milk and they he couldn't buy any. He asked if he could fill the sippy cup with milk from the breakfast area and the clerk refused to help him, told him he could go to a gas station. It was very late, he had to go to 3 different gas stations to find milk. The room wasn't that great either, not very clean, the body wash was out, the bedding was a mess. Again, we do not recommend this hotel.

Questions & Answers

Why does it take 10 business days or 2 weeks to get your so called incidental fee charge back when it takes less than 2 seconds for them to take it?? Hmmm very shady to me.

1. Never use a debit card. 2. Get a Marriott Visa...they dont take any money out at check in. 3. Be a platinum peep. Pretty sure all three work.
