The location was great, but the facility is falling apart. Outdoor pool was closed permanently. Stairs and overpass walk way structure is not in the condition. Not to mention, dirtiness of the room. My wife needed to spend first day cleaning the bathroom on her own. Not recommended.

Positive: Location was ok Negative: This hotel is old and in need of repair. Shower head is so low, we had to duck to rinse off. There were bugs crawling on the walls and the deadbolt didn¿t fully engage. The linens were nice weight and clean. That was the only positive thing I can say

Positive: The staff is amazing and always so helpful and friendly. And the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I always sleep so good. I also love that I can have my fur babies stay with me. Negative: No there is nothing I dislike about the hotel.

Stayed here for a week. It was really nice. No one bothers you unless you call, and I love that a lot, since we came with animals that like to sneak out! There was a small mixup where we somehow wound up reserving a certain amount of days but not paying for the last day. This caused us to have to pay it before checking out. And this was fine, but it was a little frustrating. The woman at the desk that helped us was super nice, though! And we appreciate all she did for us!

All I can tell you is what my experiences have been. They have always gone over and above to accommodate us. My Husband and I also my sister and I have stayed with them on numerous times we are all three handicap senior citizens and they help us in ways that no other place has offered to help us. They also allow pets and we always travel with our little dogs and even though they bark occasionally in the room we've never had a problem and no complaints and the people at the front desk tell everyone this is a hotel that accepts pets end of conversation.
