The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the hallways, stairs & outside needed attention, especially stairs and outer walkways. Cigarette butts everywhere. I realize on the outer walkways are an all-day problem because smoking "guests" see nothing wrong with throwing their cigarette butts down and leaving them. However, the stairs hadn't been swept in quite a while.

We stayed here for over a week. The breakfast was great every morning. Mr. Michael actually made my family some turkey sausage if we asked. Miss Charlotte in house keeping was very diligent with cleaning our rooms and a delight to speak with every day. She especially made a effort to say Hi whenever my 2yr old spoke to her. Clean rooms, hot showers, hot breakfast, No Bugs, and didn't hear any drama in any of the neighboring rooms. The staff really made us feel at home and for that we say thank you 😊 🙏

It was okay cleanliness wise. Thought there were bed bugs, but found out it was just crumbs in the bed from previous guests that hadn't been cleaned. Some spatters of blood on a pillow case. They did call and notify us that they found my husband's glasses on the floor and are sending them to us.

Debra GM and Ms. S young lady at the front desk...showed us great hospitality. We arrived early and they worked with us so we didn't have to sleep in our car. Rooms are a little dated but service was great.
