This company has been an amazing help to me during my hardship. It is a very easy application process and the employees are very informative and resourceful.

This place offers many programs. They offer first time home buyers classes, landlord classes, credit repair classes. You can apply for low income housing. They have many listings for low-income families and apartment complex applications strictly for 55+. They have the Raft program which is for persons who need help paying down back rent or utility bills.

Ridiculous you have a shut off notice and they tell you because they are backed up they can't expedite your case even though you spoke with someone and they told you once submitting the shut off notice they would be able to immediately help you. The manager if that's who he is was not of help at all. These companies fail when people are not on the same page.

Applying for Raft as a landlord requires patients, but the people who work in this program try their best to process applications and get the money where it is supposed to go. I applaud their efforts!!

This depends on their current situation. If DCF is involved, then yes, they would need to provide a letter from DCF stating a specific date for reunification. The client can also apply for themselves, if this is not an option with regards to DCF. There is funding available for adults without children under 21. There can be many different scenarios so we suggest that anyone looking for RAFT assistance come to our Housing Center to be assessed. If additional information is need you can contact us at 413-233-1500.
Hello Jasmine, we would recommend coming to our Springfield Housing Center to have your situation assessed and determine what assistance may be available for you.
