This depends on their current situation. If DCF is involved, then yes, they would need to provide a letter from DCF stating a specific date for reunification. The client can also apply for themselves, if this is not an option with regards to DCF. There is funding available for adults without children under 21. There can be many different scenarios so we suggest that anyone looking for RAFT assistance come to our Housing Center to be assessed.
