The doctors and NP I have had are very nice and personable since I have been going there. Everyone has there bad days so I just smile or say something funny. The receptionist well some are rude but that’s too sad for them.

Horrible been waiting for them to fax my sons medical records for 2.5 months to his new doctor and they refuse to print them.

A scheduling representative was really rude to me. I had concerns and asked for help. She keep trying to end the conversation, having attitude and eventually hang up the phone. I wonder what kind of customer service that is. Thinking of switching to new medical practice provider. New patients stay away from this facility.

Yes, but make sure your number is up to date. I think they can also do text reminders if you have a cell phone.
