Horrible horrible service. If you fall behind then every call you make to try and catch up will be met with threats to sue you. They they'll agree to a new arrangement, misplace payments you've made and take you to court and demand a judgment against you. Very unprofessional. They a liars and just all around crooked people.

So Javier came to do a demo Javier gave me a a price and I agreed The finance company called back to verify everything and I found out everything was $500 more than what I was supposed to be financing. Be very very careful about buying a vacuum cleaner from these people. They claim to have a great reputation but the reviews say otherwise. By the way I gave them $500 cash and they claim to have worked that into the deal which is a total lie.

Can i put ZERO stars? Con artists at their finest. We purchased a rainbow 2 years ago and the paperwork we signed was 0% interest for 2 years. They have changed the paperwork and it shows 25% for 3 years. Fortunately for them we recently moved and I'm unable to put my hands on the documents at this time. When we purchased the unit they pitched the 3 years and I said no way! So they came back and offered their in house, 2 year same as cash. Then they balked and said, oh we can't do that, you live across state lines. So I spoke with the GM and he said they had a new program where they can do it. I said no come pick up the unit. They unfortunately convinced me to go through with it. Fast forward almost 2 years and I called to see what my balance was and to make sure I was correct in my calculations. Well they proceed to tell me that I signed for 3 years and they sent me a copy of the paperwork, which had been changed. At the time of purchase I was adamant that I would not buy the vacuum over 3 years with that kind of interest. Hopefully I can locate my paperwork soon. Also, as of today, they processed 3 payments at one time for one payment, so I called and told them and let them know my bank has 3 payments pending and that they need to reverse 2 of them ASAP. Oh we'll check on it Monday. At my wits end with these people. Oh yeah, I am still owed my rain mate and air freshener 2 years later.
