If I could give this a zero at this point I would. First our original sales rep incorrectly said the bathroom sinks were undermount standard. Next our move date is pushed back which would leave us homeless. Then the cherry on top, at 3:30 pm the day before the new close date they send a reschedule email and ghost me the rest of the day with no reason. This is after I've I had to schedule off for them twice.

We recently bought a home from Manuel Builders. To say the least it is very disappointing at how cheaply the home is built. Our back porch lights have never worked, if you drop anything on the laminate wood floor it chips because it is so cheap, the carpet in the bedrooms are not attached to the floor so they are coming away from the wall, we recently had an entertainment center built and after it was painted and the the painters tape removed from the wall it peeled the paint off the walls. I have tried to register with our subdivision twice and have never received a acceptance email back to get onto the website to submit a warranty claim.

Everyone there has been awesome so far we are in the beginning phases with our home but everything and everyone so far has been very helpful and very easy to work with can’t wait for the house to be completed. Also have to give a big shout out to Brigitte LaCour with Assurance Financial she is amazing wouldn’t be where we are now without her !!

We had a top notch experience with Manuel Builders. From meeting with Taylor at the beginning, to picking selections with Lisa, and then to our build with Ryan, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Being able to design and choose almost every aspect for our home in one place and in one day is something that really sets Manuel Builders apart from the rest. During our build, anytime something came up or we had a concern, Ryan was quick to come up with a solution and then deliver on it. I joked that it would be awesome to watch the first LSU game of the season in my own living room and Ryan and his team busted there tail to make that a reality for us.
