Welcome to the Louisiana Judicial system! Basically to answer your question to the best of my knowledge and belief, if you are behind in payments, you WILL have to pay one way or the other. In other words if you're financially behind they can keep reimposing the sentence until paid because the payments ARE a part of the completion of the sentence. Whenever DOC desides to. They rule all in LA they are all about over incarceration and randomly adding time to parole and probationers. Thae easiest way for them to make money and continue paying the corrupt Parish Jails.
