Whenever DOC desides to. They rule all in LA they are all about over incarceration and randomly adding time to parole and probationers. Thae easiest way for them to make money and continue paying the corrupt Parish Jails. Unfortunately Louisiana is still living and operating its criminal unjust system as if we are in the 19th century. They love slavery and now thet can continue this practice legally. That is how they continue to be the "incarceration capital of the world". Governor Edwards should do himself a favor and practice what he preaches. New laws are worthless as long as he lets DOC run rapant and do as they please. Tax payers and the community are loosers in the end their $$$ go right into the leaders corrupt hands!!!

It shouldn't be too long before he is released, depending on the amount of time he had to serve on the year
