A 1st time patron following emergency care for my cat. Very impressed as I got an appt quickly & found the entire staff to be helpful, promptly communicative, willing to patiently answer my extensive questions & treatment + extended plan & follow up to be thorough. I have enough medical background to comprehend the medical aspects and readily given details of lab results & in depth explanations of concerns & what to expect. I'm very thankful to all involved in care & communication regarding my cat's health problems!

There's a book out there you guys need to read it's called low cost natural cures your for your dog and cats your vet doesn't want you to know it's by dr. John H e l i n e man this book will help you a lot and save you money believe me at the vet they have remedies if things that you can do at home to cure your own dog for diabetes I mean it just goes on and on I believe once you read this book it covers hotspots heart disease they have breakfast and dinner for dogs that are sick special meals for them things for kittens does puppies it covers everything like I said cats kittens puppies dogs you must get this book believe me I just got it myself and a lot of things that I took my dog to the vet for I could have solved right here at home with this book
Woodminster is more affordable than many Bay Area Vet clinics. The vets are good although the facilities are a bit rundown. I went there to have my Great Dane's teeth cleaned. They refused to perform the cleaning because they did not feel they were equipped to handle potential complications. I appreciated their candor regarding their limitations. However, they took over 4 months to send the lab results from blood work they performed to my regular vet. My vet and i both called multiple times to request the results. This significantly delayed the scheduling of her dental surgery elsewhere.
