Left my old place to go here bc I thought they were rude. Turns out this place is 20x times worse. The doctors are good but the receptionists there are horrible. They’re so strict about everything. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and i waited in the waiting room 20 minutes before they came out to tell me they couldn’t take me. When i tried to explain I leave for a week for school so I needed the appointment the lady started walking away from me telling me it wasn’t her problem and i needed to call. Now I can’t get more contacts before school and I have to go back to my old place because this one is just so bad.
